If you聽 want to receive your TA or T4A electronically, you have to submit an electronic consent option to notify Payroll of your decision.

How to submit your consent:

1.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Go to Dal Online ().

2.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Click Login.

3.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Enter your Net ID and PASSWORD to login.

4.聽聽聽聽聽聽 From the Main Menu, click Electronic Tax Forms Consent.

5.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Click the check box under My Choice to request electronic access (box must contain a check mark to be processed).

6.聽聽聽聽聽聽 Click Submit.

If you already completed this form, it is not necessary to complete it again each year.

Online access to 2012 T4 and T4A forms will be available mid-February, and printed forms will be available the end of February.
