Malcolm David Boyle, K.C., is a Labour & Employment Law Senior Partner in the Halifax office of the Atlantic Canada law firm, McInnes Cooper. He represents local, national and international employers throughout Atlantic Canada in all sectors and has a successful record representing management during union organizing campaigns, before provincial and national labour boards, employment standards tribunals, human rights tribunals, workers’ compensation hearing boards and on many private arbitration or mediation boards. He also advises and represents doctors and dentists on employment-related matters. Malcolm is a frequent writer and speaker on labour relations and employment matters. An active member of the Canadian Bar Association, Malcolm has served as Chair of the National Labour Law and Employment Law Section, as Chair of the National Sections and on the National Board of Directors.  He is listed by Best Lawyers in Canada and by Lexpert Magazine and is an elected Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He also serves as an elected national director on the Canada Games Council.
