Congratulations toÌýProfessorÌý, who co-wrote the publicationÌýÌý(LexisNexis Canada, 2015) with David G. Duff.

The book covers topics from partnership taxation and corporate income taxation, to the taxation of corporate distributions and shareholder benefits and loans, to corporate reorganizations. It's the go-to resource for the most up-to-date case law, commentary, and analysis.
