More than ever before, our lives depend on the results of research being done in university labs and affiliated institutions. Faculty and researchers in 美女做爱's Department of Physics and Atmospheric Science are working on some of the most pressing questions of our time, from clean energy and energy storage to how our climate is changing.

Our atmospheric scientists study the Earth's atmosphere and surface, and how they are changing with the climate: aerosols, clouds and fog; greenhouse gases; the exchange of carbon and water between land and atmosphere; and sea ice and the polar regions. They use fieldwork, satellite and ground-based remote sensing, and computer models.

Whatever their particular focus, professors and researchers at Dal are advancing science by using the latest theories, tools and technologies, and some of them are even developing instruments of their own, to be used by other research communities. And you can be a part of it, whether you're an undergraduate or graduate student, or a postdoctoral fellow.
